Its listed compatibility includes PC, PlayStation, Switch, Meta Quest, phones, and tablets.
It also suits players who want separate wireless paths for gaming and Bluetooth listening, plus app-based presets and on-headset controls for ChatMix, mute, and volume.
The 60-hour battery rating and fast-charge option are useful priorities for people who prefer fewer charging interruptions.
Who should skip it
Skip it if your setup cannot use the included USB-C dongle or your main priority is a headset with active noise cancellation.

Arctis Nova 5X Review: Multi-Platform Gaming Flexibility
Wireless connections for play and mobile use
The headset’s quick switch between 2.4GHz and Bluetooth 5.3 is useful for buyers who divide time between gaming and calls or media on a mobile device.
Notification beeps can alert you to incoming calls while gaming, though the feature does not establish how clearly calls will come through in noisy surroundings.
Battery life and quick charging
A 60-hour battery rating can reduce how often charging interrupts a play routine. For a shorter top-up, USB-C fast charging provides six hours of use in 15 minutes, a practical fallback when you have limited time between sessions.
Presets and physical adjustments
More than 100 presets in the companion app give players game-specific audio options, while power, mute, volume, ChatMix, and Quick-Switch are available on the headset.
This combination favors buyers who want both software customization and common controls close at hand.
Microphone design and expectations
The retractable ClearCast 2.X microphone can be tucked away when it is not needed, and its chipset supports 32KHz/16Bit audio.
That specification describes the microphone’s audio format; buyers who rely on frequent outdoor calls should check how it performs in their usual environment before choosing it.
